Rolling Kitchens Partner Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Partner Terms apply to businesses and professionals who register to participate in a Rolling Kitchens partner programme.
Our partner network currently includes:
Trade Partners, such as builders, kitchen fitters, renovation companies, architects, interior designers and property professionals; and Rolling Partners, including insurers, loss adjusters, claims handlers, restoration companies and other organisations involved in property claims.
By registering as a partner, you agree to these terms.
1. About Rolling Kitchens
The partner programme is operated by:
Rolling Kitchens Ltd
Trading as Rolling Kitchens
Onega House, 112 Main Road, Sidcup, United Kingdom, DA14 6NE
COMPANY NUMBER, 16068346
Email: info@rolling-kitchens.co.uk
2. Becoming a partner
Businesses and professionals can apply to become a Rolling Kitchens partner using our website or by contacting us directly.
Registration does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint venture or exclusive relationship between you and Rolling Kitchens.
We may accept or decline a partner application at our discretion.
Once your registration is accepted, we may provide you with partner information, referral instructions, links, codes, materials or other information relevant to your partnership.
3. Referrals
Partners can introduce potential customers or policyholders to Rolling Kitchens in accordance with the referral process we provide.
A referral must be genuine and made in good faith.
Where you provide somebody else's personal information to us, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the individual has been informed that their details will be shared with Rolling Kitchens so that we can contact them about the enquiry.
You should not submit sensitive or unnecessary information about a customer, policyholder or insurance claim.
4. Existing customers and duplicate referrals
We may not treat an introduction as a qualifying referral where the customer or organisation is already in active discussions with Rolling Kitchens, has previously enquired within a period specified by us, or has already been referred by another partner.
Where more than one partner claims the same referral, our records will normally determine which referral was received first.
We may contact the parties involved where clarification is required.
5. Trade Partner rewards
Trade Partners may be eligible to earn rewards when referred customers go on to make qualifying bookings.
The current reward structure, qualifying criteria and payment or voucher arrangements will be provided to you when you become a Trade Partner.
Reward structures may include different levels based on the number or value of successful referrals.
Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, a referral will not qualify for a reward until the relevant customer has confirmed their booking and Rolling Kitchens has received the payment required under that booking.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or unpaid bookings may not qualify.
We may update the reward programme from time to time. Changes will apply prospectively and we will communicate material changes to registered partners.
Rewards already earned under the applicable terms will not be removed simply because the programme subsequently changes.
6. Rolling Partners and insurance claims
Rolling Partners may refer policyholders or discuss individual claims with Rolling Kitchens.
Any pricing, commercial arrangements, service levels, commissions or other terms applying to an insurer, loss adjuster, claims management organisation or similar partner will be agreed separately where applicable.
Nothing in the Rolling Partner programme requires a claims professional to recommend Rolling Kitchens where doing so would conflict with their professional duties, their employer's policies, regulatory requirements or the interests of the policyholder.
Individual employees should not accept personal benefits or rewards where doing so would breach their organisation's rules, procurement requirements or applicable regulatory obligations.
Rolling Kitchens reserves the right to require commercial arrangements with insurance-sector organisations to be agreed directly with the relevant organisation rather than an individual employee.
7. No guarantee of bookings
Joining the partner programme does not guarantee referrals, customers, bookings, income or rewards.
Likewise, referring a customer or policyholder does not guarantee that Rolling Kitchens will be able to accept the booking.
Availability will depend on factors including the required dates, location, suitability of the property, trailer availability and the customer's requirements.
8. Partner communications and marketing
We may contact you with information reasonably necessary to administer your partnership, including referral updates, operational information and changes to the partner programme.
These service communications form part of managing our relationship with you and are separate from optional marketing communications.
If you separately choose to join the Rolling Kitchens mailing list, we may also send you news about the fleet, new trailers, upgrades, services and other partner information.
Where consent is required for email marketing, this consent will be requested separately from acceptance of these Partner Terms and will not be pre-selected. ICO guidance says marketing consent must be a clear, positive choice and separate from other terms and conditions. Information Commissioner's Office
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without ending your partner relationship.
9. How partners may describe Rolling Kitchens
We may provide approved logos, images, copy or other materials for partners to use when introducing Rolling Kitchens to customers.
You must not make misleading claims about Rolling Kitchens, our services, availability, pricing or what a particular trailer includes.
You must not represent that you have authority to enter into contracts or make commitments on behalf of Rolling Kitchens unless we have expressly authorised this in writing.
Our brand assets remain the property of Rolling Kitchens and must not be altered or used in a way that could damage or misrepresent the brand.
10. Customer relationships
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, any contract for the hire of a Rolling Kitchen will be between Rolling Kitchens and the customer, business or organisation arranging the hire.
We are responsible for providing information about our own services, quotations and hire terms.
Partners should not make promises regarding availability, installation dates, prices, trailer specification or suitability on our behalf.
11. Payments and rewards
Where a monetary payment, voucher or other reward becomes payable to a partner, we will provide details of how and when it will be issued.
Partners are responsible for any tax, accounting or reporting obligations arising from rewards or payments they receive.
We may request reasonable information before making payment, including business, banking or invoicing details where appropriate.
12. Fraud and misuse
We may suspend or cancel a partner account or withhold a reward where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, manipulation, duplicate or fictitious referrals, unauthorised use of personal information or another abuse of the programme.
Partners must not refer themselves through multiple identities, fabricate customer enquiries or encourage customers to provide misleading information in order to generate rewards.
13. Data protection
Both Rolling Kitchens and our partners must comply with applicable data protection and privacy law when handling personal information.
Our Privacy Policy explains how Rolling Kitchens handles information received through partner registrations and referrals.
Partners are responsible for making sure they have an appropriate basis for sharing information with us.
Electronic marketing is subject to additional rules. In particular, sole traders and some partnerships can be treated differently from corporate subscribers under PECR, while UK GDPR requirements may continue to apply to named business contacts. Information Commissioner's Office
14. Confidential information
From time to time, we may share information with partners that is commercially sensitive or not intended for public distribution.
This may include partner reward structures, pricing arrangements, planned fleet additions, commercial terms or internal processes.
Where information is identified as confidential, or would reasonably be understood to be confidential, you must not disclose it outside your organisation except where required to fulfil the partnership or by law.
15. Ending the partnership
Either party may end the partner relationship at any time by giving written notice.
We may suspend or terminate a partnership immediately where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, serious misuse of the programme, a breach of these terms or behaviour likely to damage Rolling Kitchens or our customers.
Rewards validly earned before termination will normally still be honoured, subject to these terms and any specific reward conditions.
After the partnership ends, the partner must stop representing themselves as an active Rolling Kitchens partner and stop using partner-only materials where we ask them to do so.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Partner Terms from time to time as Rolling Kitchens and the partner programme develop.
Where a change materially affects existing partners, we will make reasonable efforts to let them know.
Continuing to participate in the programme after updated terms take effect will constitute acceptance of those updated terms.
17. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to that, neither party will be responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from participation in the partner programme.
Nothing in the partner programme guarantees that any particular customer, policyholder or referral will result in a booking.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
