Three people. Three very different backgrounds. One rather good idea.
What do you get when you bring together a bloke who knows how to build and fit kitchens, another who knows how to make things work outside, and a woman who has spent her career helping solve problems?
Well, as it turns out, a temporary kitchen business.
Not necessarily the most obvious combination of skills, but somewhere between the kitchen fittings, marquees and marketing plans, we realised we had everything we needed to make a rather good idea work.
So we pooled our experience, rolled up our sleeves and created Rolling Kitchens. A business built on three different areas of expertise, a shared appreciation for doing things properly and, inevitably, plenty of opinions about how things should be done.
Every Rolling Kitchen has a name, too.
We've named our trailers after our children, partly because this business has always felt personal to us, and partly because it's nice to know that at least one version of them will stay exactly where we left it.
So if you find yourself cooking dinner in Hazel, Oscar, Beare, Pixie, Leila, Beau, Peaches, or Olivia, you'll know there's a little bit of our family behind yours.
Whatever’s happening behind the scenes, we’re here to help keep everyday life and business moving.
Based in the South East, but happy to go further.
Based in the heart of the South East of England, we help families, businesses and events across Kent, Surrey, Sussex and Greater London keep cooking.
Further afield? We’d love to hear from you too. We’re happy to travel beyond our local area, so wherever you need a temporary kitchen, get in touch and let’s talk through your plans.
